These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jl79 ("jl79," "the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl79.one ("the Platform," "the Website," "the Service").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the jl79 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with jl79's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the jl79 Platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to register and use the jl79 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Republic of the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jl79, its affiliated companies, or any game provider whose products appear on the Platform.
• You do not have an existing jl79 account that has been suspended or permanently excluded.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not been self-excluded from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

jl79 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each eligible person may register one (1) account only on the jl79 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, jl79 will conduct mandatory Know Your Customer verification. You will be required to submit at minimum:

• A clear photocopy or digital scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, or PRC ID).
• Proof of address issued within the last ninety (90) days if your registered address differs from your ID address.
• Proof of ownership of your nominated payment method (e.g., screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account in your name).

jl79 processes KYC submissions within two (2) business days. Deposits and gameplay are available during KYC review; withdrawals are released upon successful verification. If KYC documents cannot be verified satisfactorily, jl79 will contact you to request alternative documentation before taking any further action.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl79 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You agree to:

• Never share your password or OTP with any third party, including persons claiming to represent jl79 — our support agents will never request your password.
• Immediately notify jl79 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a unique, strong password not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted during the account security setup process.

jl79 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security, except where such access resulted from a security failure on jl79's own systems.

Deposits: jl79 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits credit to your jl79 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl79 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to your verified payment method only — the same method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations. Standard processing time for KYC-verified accounts is under sixty (60) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during operational hours.

Withdrawal Restrictions: jl79 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a dispute. In such cases, jl79 will notify the affected player within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a reasonable timeline for resolution.

jl79 offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. General bonus principles applicable to all jl79 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and must be wagered as specified before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period, which will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.
• jl79 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful game risk, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Real-money deposits are never subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time regardless of active bonus status (though doing so may forfeit any uncompleted bonus).

All bets placed on jl79 are final once confirmed by the system. Players should verify their selection, stake amount, and any applicable odds before confirming a wager. jl79 will not reverse a confirmed bet unless there is a proven technical error on jl79's systems that caused the bet to be recorded incorrectly.

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to connection interruptions, software errors, or server failures that affect game outcome integrity — jl79 reserves the right to declare affected bets void and return stakes to player balances. The decision of jl79's technical team on matters of game malfunction is final, subject to PAGCOR oversight.

Sports betting markets on jl79 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type, available in the sports betting help section. Results for sports events are determined by the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl79 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one jl79 account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Allowing any other person to use your jl79 account.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in contravention of the Republic of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets on jl79.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the jl79 Platform's software or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or reported bug are void.
• Collusion with other players in live dealer, poker, or any other competitive game format.
• Placing bets to fulfil wagering requirements through deliberately low-risk strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.

All content on the jl79 Platform — including but not limited to the jl79 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of jl79 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jl79 content without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl79's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

jl79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jl79 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl79 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet service failures, network congestion, force majeure events, or regulatory orders.

jl79 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is published on the jl79 website. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl79 will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share information with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processors as required by law or as necessary to operate our licensed gaming service.

jl79 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all registered players with the following tools, accessible from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jl79 Platform. Temporary exclusions last 30, 90, or 180 days. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and takes effect within 24 hours of request.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

jl79 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if it determines, acting reasonably, that the player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law. Upon termination for cause, jl79 may forfeit the player's balance pending investigation. Balances found to be legitimately owned by the player after investigation will be returned minus any applicable transaction costs.

Players may close their own jl79 account at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer support team. Account closure requests are processed within forty-eight (48) hours. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method before closure is completed.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Data Privacy Act, and all relevant PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jl79, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jl79's internal customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as provided under jl79's operating license. The decisions of PAGCOR in such matters are final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

jl79 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the jl79 Platform, not less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
